To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact
Must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a returns label via email.
Please note: The standard return shipping fee for your country will be deducted from your refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We cannot accept returns on any personalised, worn, or damaged items not caused by us.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@sosolace.com so we can make it right.
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no explanation needed.
Items must be returned unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
